Steven Dewall/Redferns via Getty ImagesViolent Femmes have returned with "Love Love Love Love Love," the band's first new song in 15 years. The track, which is streaming at RollingStone.com, will appear on the Femmes' forthcoming EP, Happy New Year.
"Happy to have some new recordings for people that have loved our music," frontman Gordon Gano tells Rolling Stone. "Would be honored to have a few new ears hear us for the first time too."
Violent Femmes hope to catch a few of those new ears this summer when they join Barenaked Ladies on their Last Summer on Earth 2015 tour, which begins in June
Happy New Year will be released on Record Store Day, April 18.
