ABC/Randy HolmesTegan and Sara have shared the video for Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams' cover of their song "Nineteen." The animated clip is basically a visual representation of your teenage diary. You can watch the video now via Nylon.com.
Directed by Kristine Thune, the video was created for the original version of "Nineteen" -- which appears on Tegan and Sara's 2007 album, The Con -- but was never officially released. Ten years later, Thune re-cut the video to go with Williams' version.
"[We] actually find the Kristine Thune visual as haunting, if not more, than [we] did 10 years ago," say Tegan and Sara. "Somehow, the new version that Hayley did fits just as perfectly."
Williams' take on "Nineteen" appears on The Con X: Covers, released last month in honor of the original album's 10th anniversary. The album also features Bleachers and CHVRCHES.
