Watch Eddie Vedder Sing “All the Way” to Chicago Cubs Players

Jeffrey R. Staab/CBSThe Chicago Cubs took a big step toward ending their century-long World Series drought Tuesday night when they beat the St. Louis Cardinals to advance to next round of the MLB playoffs.  Cubs superfan Eddie Vedder was in attendance at the game, and after the victory, the Pearl Jam frontman serenaded the players of his favorite team with a rendition of his song "All the Way."

You can watch a clip of Vedder's performance on Cubs rookie phenom Kris Bryant's Instagram.  In the caption, Bryant wrote, "Eddie Vedder jammin with the boys!"

Vedder wrote "All the Way" as a tribute to his fellow Cubs fans.  In 2013, he performed the song at Wrigley Field and was joined onstage by the late Cubs legend Ernie Banks, who died earlier this year.
