The moody clip, streaming now on YouTube, finds the "Blood in the Cut" artist being held prisoner in an asylum called the Solutions Re-education Center for Young Women.
While inside, she leads choreographed dances on a basketball court and in a cafeteria alongside actress Kathryn Gallagher, who you may know from the Netflix series You.
"We wanted to capture what it means to be trapped inside your own negative psyche -- and how it might feel to break free," K.Flay says in a statement. "[Director] Lorraine [Nicholson] had the amazing idea to make basketball and choreographed basketball imagery a central part of the video, and for me, that visual just made total sense."
"Bad Vibes," which was released earlier this month, follows K.Flay's 2017 album Every Where Is Some Where.
