Credit: Brendan WalterLorde performed a cover of the Bruce Springsteen song "I'm on Fire" during her show in Christchurch, New Zealand on Wednesday. She mashed up the 1985 hit with her Pure Heroine track, "400 Lux." You can watch fan-recorded footage of the performance now on YouTube.
Back in 2014, Springsteen covered Lorde's "Royals" during a show in New Zealand, her home country. The then 17-year-old singer said she "got a little teary" when she heard the Boss' take on her signature hit.
Lorde has had a busy week -- she turned 21 Tuesday, and celebrated by hiding tickets to her shows around New Zealand.
Lorde is currently touring New Zealand and Austalia in support of her new album, Melodrama. She'll kick off a North American tour in March.
