Credit: Zackery MichaelArctic Monkeys have released a mini documentary detailing the making of their new album, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino.
Titled Warp Speed Chic, the 11-minute video certainly reflects the lounge-y, Kubrick-esque tone of the album. It doesn't feature any interview footage -- instead, it mostly cuts between footage of frontman Alex Turner wearing an A Clockwork Orange t-shirt and a scraggly beard while recording, and shots of the band performing live.
The doc is streaming now on YouTube. Be sure to stick around for the post-credits scene of Turner dancing to the Grease song "You're the One That I Want."
In other Arctic Monkeys news, the band is releasing a new seven-inch vinyl single featuring the Tranquility Base title track and a B-side titled "Anyways." It'll be available November 30.
Arctic Monkeys are currently touring the U.S. behind the new album. The trek continues Tuesday with the first of two nights at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
