The official trailer for the film Gutterdämmerung, featuring appearances from Slash, Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme, and Iggy Pop, has been revealed. Referred to as the "Loudest Silent Movie on Earth," the film will be screened in theaters with a live band and live narrator next year.
Directed by Belgian-Swedish visual artist Bjorn Tagemose, Gutterdämmerung is described as a "dark rock and roll fairy tale." Motorhead's Lemmy, Volbeat, Mark Lanegan, Henry Rollins, Slayer's Tom Araya, German punk singer Nina Hagen, Eagles of Death Metal's Jesse Hughes, electronic band Justice, and eccentric pop singer Grace Jones also make appearances in the film.
Before it hits theaters next year, a Gutterdämmerung fan event will be held November 12 in London. Rollins, Hughes and Queens of the Stone Age collaborator Alain Johannes are scheduled to appear.
