ABC/Randy HolmesThe Head and the Heart has teamed up with New Orleans' Preservation Hall Jazz Band for a new version of "Rivers and Roads," a track originally off the folk-rockers' 2010 self-titled debut album.
"We are so proud to present a very special performance of 'Rivers and Roads' at [Preservation Hall] alongside the legendary [Preservation Hall Jazz Band]," The Head and the Heart says. You can watch it now on YouTube.
In other Head and the Heart happenings, the band will be dropping another new song from their upcoming album Living Mirage this Friday, May 3. They didn't reveal the title of the tune, but it'll include the lyric "I don't want a love that holds us back."
Living Mirage, which features the lead single "Missed Connection," is due out May 17.
