The tour will begin February 12 in Burlington, Vermont and conclude with a two-night stand at the Boulder Theatre in Boulder, Colorado on March 9 and 10. Tickets to the tour will go on sale to the general public starting November 21 at 10 a.m. local venue time.
Mind over Matter, Young the Giant's second album, debuted at number seven on the Billboard 200. The album featured singles "It's About Time" and the title-track, and the band will be launching "Chrystallized" as Mind Over Matter's third single.
Together with their tour announcement, Young the Giant has released the latest installment of their In the Open video series, which features the band playing live, acoustic versions of their songs shot in remote settings. The new video finds the band performing "Eros" at Kraus Springs near Austin, Texas. You can view the video on YouTube.
