Spoon Announces North American Headlining Tour

Credit: Tom HinesSpoon will be hitting the road again this summer in support of their latest album, They Want My Soul. The new headlining dates will begin May 17 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and wrap up June 19 in Portland, Maine. Tickets will go on sale February 13 at 10 a.m. local time. Before the headlining tour begins, Spoon will make appearances at the Homegrown Festival in Dallas, Texas and the Hangout Music Festival in Mobile, Alabama. The band will also make stops at Sasquatch! and Bonnaroo.  After their last headlining date, Spoon will play the Firefly festival in Dover, Delaware.

Additionally, Spoon will be joined by a couple of special co-headliners on select dates. Future Islands will join the band on May 24 in Vancouver, while The Decemberists will be on the bill May 22 in Bend, Oregon and May 27 at the legendary Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado.
