Alabama Shakes Releases Live Videos for “Future People” & “Over My Head”; Playing “Conan” Tonight

Credit: Brantley GutierrezAlabama Shakes is known as a powerhouse live act, and that power is on full display in the band's newly released live videos for "Future People" and "Over My Head." Both videos were filmed at Studio A in Hollywood's Capitol Studios and directed by famed rock photographer and filmmaker Danny Clinch.

The "Future People" and "Over My Head" videos are the latest installments of Alabama Shakes' "Live from Capitol Studio A" series. Previous episodes captured live performances of "Dunes" and "Don't Wanna Fight," the lead single from Alabama Shakes' sophomore album, Sound & Color.

In other Alabama Shakes news, the band will be performing on Conan tonight, August 11. Brittany Howard and company made their national television debut on Conan in 2012.

Alabama Shakes' tour in support of Sound & Color will continue August 12 in San Diego. The band's North American trek will conclude with their performance at the Austin City Limits music festival October 3.
