BERTRAND GUAY/AFP/Getty ImageAlt-J has announced details of their new album. The third studio effort from the British band is called Relaxer, and it will be released June 9. You can listen to the album's first single, called "3WW," now on YouTube.

Relaxer is the follow-up to Alt-J's sophomore album, 2014's This Is All Yours, which featured the singles "Left Hand Free" and the Miley Cyrus-sampling "Hunger of the Pine."

"We'd like to thank you for your patience over the last year or so," Alt-J writes in a Facebook post. "After finishing touring This Is All Yours in December 2015 we took a long break."

"[Drummer] Thom [Green] released a solo album; [keyboardist] Gus [Unger-Hamilton] opened a restaurant; [guitarist/vocalist] Joe [Newman] has been watching a lot of films," the statement continues. "We hadn't set a time limit on our time off but by August 2016 we were ready to get back into the studio. The result is our third album, RELAXER, and we are really excited for you to hear it."

Here is the Relaxer track list:

"3WW"
"In Cold Blood"
"House of the Rising Sun"
"Hit Me Like That Snare"
"Deadcrush"
"Adeline"
