Image Group LA/ABCOver the weekend, Coldplay released the music video for their song "Birds." As compared to the CGI-fest that was the band's "Adventure of a Lifetime" video, the "Birds" video is much more naturalistic, showing Chris Martin and company exploring the California desert, with a few psychedelic effects thrown in for good measure.
"Birds" is a track from Coldplay's latest, and possibly final, album, A Head Full of Dreams. The star-studded disc includes contributions from Noel Gallagher, Beyonce, Martin's ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow, and even a recording of President Barack Obama.
Next month, Coldplay will headline the Super Bowl 50 halftime show, taking place February 7 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
