Credit: James Minchin IIIMumford & Sons will be exploring the American heartland next year on their An Arrow Through the Heartland tour. The trek, which focuses on the Midwest and South, will kick off April 3 in Houston, Texas and conclude April 23 in Indianapolis. The band will also play a one-off date on June 15 in Saratoga Springs, New York. Visit MumfordandSons.com for ticket info.

"Touring the United States of America in many ways fulfills the childhood dream of what touring might be like," writes Mumford & Sons in a statement. "Rolling from one great city to the next, each with its own personality and uniqueness whilst remaining familiar enough at the same time. Waking up every morning with a conversation amongst us about who wants to visit 'that' bookshop or 'the' ultimate music shop or whatever the various cities had to offer."

Mumford & Sons will be touring in support in their electric, banjo-less album Wilder Mind, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.
