Credit: Danny ClinchMuse's North American leg of their Drones World Tour is no longer confined to the West Coast. The band has now added dates in the Midwest, the East Coast and Canada. Tickets will go on sale October 23 at Muse.mu.
The tour now begins December 1 in Houston, Texas. Phantogram will support on the December leg, which concludes December 19 in Los Angeles. Muse will then resume the tour on January 14 in Detroit, followed by dates in Canada, Boston, Brooklyn and Philadelphia, before wrapping up February 1 in Washington, D.C. X Ambassadors will open the January and February dates.
Muse will be touring behind their latest album, Drones, and they're planning an ambitious stage show that, fittingly, will feature a "swarm of drones." During the tour, Muse will also be playing "in the round" for the first time.
