Brendon Urie and company will help to ring in 2017 from the Allstate Fan Fest in New Orleans, Louisiana. Actress Lucy Hale will host the festivities from N'awlins, bringing viewers celebrity and fan interviews before the annual fleur-de-lis drop near Jackson Square. That will take place at 1 a.m. ET, since New Orleans is on central time and Ryan Seacrest will have already counted down to midnight from New York's Times Square.
Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest airs December 31 on ABC starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
