Loma Vista RecordingsRise Against has announced a new album called Nowhere Generation.
The ninth studio effort from the Chicago punks -- and their first since 2017's Wolves -- will arrive June 4. You can download its title track now via digital outlets.
"I've come to realize that people want honesty and that music can be a catalyst for change," says frontman Tim McIlrath. "I think in many ways, we've been on a mission to rile people up, and I feel very lucky to be able to do that."
He adds, "Our hope on this record is to jostle people awake, even it if makes you uncomfortable."
Nowhere Generation also includes the previously released single "Broken Dreams, Inc.", which dropped last fall.
