The 1975 Makes “Forbes” 30 Under 30 Europe List, and Postpones European Tour Dates

Credit: Vijat MohindraForbes has unveiled its second annual 30 Under 30 Europe ranking, and the members of The 1975, who hail from Manchester, England, are among the young stars who made the cut.

Frontman Matt Healy is 27, as is bassist Ross MacDonald. Lead guitarist Adam Hann is the oldest in the group at 28, while 26-year-old drummer George Daniel is the youngest.

In naming them to the list, Forbes points to The 1975's success with their self-titled debut album and their sophomore album, last year's I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it.

Ironically, The 1975 announced today that they are postponing their upcoming European tour dates due to "unforeseen circumstances." Rescheduled dates will be announced shortly.

Meanwhile, The 1975 will be playing the biggest U.S. show of their young lives when they headline New York City's Madison Square Garden on June. They're also planning to announce a full U.S. tour next Monday, January 23.
