"Rhythm & Blues" is a track from The Head and the Heart's new album Signs of Light, which also features the lead single "All We Ever Knew."
"After going nostalgic and sentimental for the 'All We Ever Knew' video, we decided to team up with the great director, Michael Reich, for 'Rhythm & Blues,'" the band writes in a statement. "Michael ended up creating something truly weird, inspiring and ultimately, very US."
The Head and the Heart will be touring throughout the year in support of Signs of Light, including stops at Coachella, Governors Ball and Bonnaroo.
