Credit: Rich TarbellCraig Finn is embarking on another solo adventure with Faith in the Future, The Hold Steady frontman's second solo album. Faith in the Future will be released on September 11 and features the track "Newmyer's Roof," which you can listen to now on YouTube.
You can pre-order Faith in the Future now via PledgeMusic and receive a bonus digital EP including "Newmyer's Roof," plus four songs not available on the album. The PledgeMusic campaign also offers a variety of perks that -- in keeping with Finn's lyrical themes with The Hold Steady -- involve a fair amount of walking around and drinking.
The Hold Steady is currently taking a break from touring after a long road campaign in support of their 2014 album, Teeth Dreams. Finn's last solo album was 2012's Clear Heart Full Eyes.
