The Strokes Announce New EP, “Future Present Past”

Jordi Vidal/Redferns via Getty ImagesThe Strokes are back with new music. The band has announced a four-track EP called Future Present Past, which will be released June 3 digitally and as a 10-inch single via Julian Casablancas' own Cult Records.

Future Present Past features three new songs -- "Drag Queen," "OBLIVIUS," and "Threat of Joy" -- plus a remix of "OBLIVIUS" by The Strokes drummer Fab Moretti. "OBLIVIUS" is now streaming on the Cult Records website.

The EP is The Strokes' first batch of new material since their 2013 album Comedown Machine.

The same day Future Present Past is released, The Strokes will headline the Governors Ball festival in New York City.
