Young TurksThe xx's new album I See You has debuted at number two on the Billboard 200, giving the band their highest-charting album in the U.S. to date.
The third studio effort from the English trio moved 46,000 equivalent album units, 36,000 of which were pure album sales.
Prior to I See You, The xx's peak on the Billboard 200 came courtesy of their 2012 sophomore effort, Coexist, which debuted at number five on the chart. However, Coexist had a better sales week when it debuted -- that album sold 73,000 copies in its first week.
The xx will be touring North America in support of I See You starting in April.
