The Arcade Fire has a documentary, The Reflektor Tapes, hitting movie theaters on September 24, and the band has posted a teaser trailer for the film.
The 45-second clip, streaming on the band's YouTube page and on a special site devoted to the movie, opens with a voiceover saying, "Being open to being led by spirit, music is exactly that," before cutting to footage of the band performing in Haiti and in various concert halls.
Arcade Fire also posted an eight-minute clip from the film focusing on the band's song "Porno," and also featuring Haitian footage including performances by local drummers.
The Reflektor Tapes is directed by Khalil Joseph, best known for directing the Flying Lotus video "Until the Quiet Comes."
