Unbroken tells the true story of Olympian and World War II soldier Louis "Louie" Zamperini, played by Jack O'Connell, who was captured during WWII and sent to a Japanese prisoner-of-war camp. The film hits theaters Christmas Day.

The premiere of "Miracles" is just another aspect of Coldplay's already eventful December. Last week, the band earned three Grammy nominations, including Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, for "Sky Full of Stars," Best Pop Vocal Album for Ghost Stories, and Best Music Film for Ghost Stories Live 2014. Additionally, Chris Martin revealed to BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe that the band is recording a new album, A Head Full of Dreams, to be release next year, and that it might be the final Coldplay record.

"It's our seventh thing, and the way we look at it, it's like the last Harry Potter book or something like that," Martin said. "Not to say that there might not be another thing one day, but this is the completion of something."

The Unbroken soundtrack will be released on December 15.
