Foo Fighters Announced as Headliner for Glastonbury Festival

Brantley GutierrezFoo Fighters have been announced as a headliner for this year's Glastonbury Festival in England.

Dave Grohl revealed the big news Wednesday night at the NME Awards in London, during a video acceptance speech for his band's win in the Best International Band category.

The 2015 edition of the famous festival is scheduled from June 24 to 28, and is sold out. The Foo Fighters will headline on June 26.

This will be the Foos' first performance at Glastonbury since 1998.
