Credit: Felisha TolentinoGreen Day has scheduled their first non-secret, non-Rock and Roll Hall of Fame related show of 2015. The band will headline the inaugural NiFi Festival this August. Kings of Leon, Weezer, Spoon and Bleachers also are scheduled to play the Kentucky festival.
Last week, Green Day played a surprise show at San Francisco punk club 924 Gilman Street, and they also played the House of Blues in Cleveland, Ohio in April prior to their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
