Before he plays FYF Fest, Morrissey will embark on his own headlining tour, beginning on June 11 in New Orleans. The trek includes a stop at New York City's Madison Square Garden, and The New York Post reports that MSG will not be serving meat or dairy products on the day of Moz's June 27 show in deference to the famously vegan singer. There's no word on whether Morrissey has made a similar request to FYF Fest.
Last week, Morrissey wrote an open letter on behalf of PETA to former Vice President Al Gore and Kevin Wall, the co-founders of the Live Earth concert event, condemning them for allowing meat and dairy products to be sold at Live Earth 2015.
The 2015 FYF Fest will be held August 22-23 at the L.A. Sports Arena and Exposition Park in Los Angeles. Tickets will go on sale on May 8 at FYFFest.com.
