Perry Farrell Dishes with Mario Batali in New Web Series

Image Courtesy of Kyle Dean ReinfordAs the frontman of Jane's Addiction and the creator of Lollapalooza, Perry Farrell knows a thing or two about the creative process. So it makes sense that Farrell would appear on Feedback Kitchen, a new web series from celebrity chef -- and host of ABC's The Chew -- Mario Batali that covers that very topic. The series, which debuts on Monday, January 26, on DailyMotion, finds Batali and a musician discussing the creative process before Batali cooks up a special meal inspired by his guest.

"Perry sees the world through such a unique and fascinating lens that is full of wonder and curiosity," Batali tells Rolling Stone. "He is the perfect conversationalist and very appreciative of good food and wine."

In anticipation of the premiere, DailyMotion released a clip of Farrell's night of food and conversation on Feedback Kitchen.

"The creative process always starts when I'm enjoying myself," Farrell tells Batali in the video. "Like, I'm always partying when I start writing songs for the most part, poetry, everything flows as the wine flows."

Other episodes of Feedback Kitchen will include Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, Patti Smith and U2 guitarist The Edge. All episodes will be released on January 26.
