Actress Lucy Hale will host the festivities from the Big Easy, bringing viewers celebrity and fan interviews before the annual fleur-de-lis drop near Jackson Square. That will take place at 1 a.m. ET, since New Orleans is on central time and Ryan Seacrest will have already counted down to midnight from New York's Times Square. Panic! will perform live at 10:45 p.m. ET.
Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest airs December 31 on ABC starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
