Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts have released another new song from their forthcoming album, Blaster. Entitled "Way She Moves," the track is described by Weiland as a "sexy T. Rex kind of tune."
"The inspiration, lyrically, is my wife," he tells Rolling Stone, which premiered the track. "Pretty simple, really -- I love the way she moves and I love the way she talks."
Weiland adds that he feels "Way She Moves" is a good representation of Blaster's overall sound.
"I think that every song is its own on a sonic level, but there's a thread that keeps everything in a cohesive flow," he says. "I think ['Way She Moves' is] one of the better songs on the album, and it's one of my favorites."
Weiland and the Wildabouts will be touring in support of Blaster starting February 22 in Scottsdale, Airzona. Former Queens of the Stone Age drummer Joey Castillo, the newest Wildabout, will join the tour. Weiland believes Castillo will bring "a massive drum sound and whole lot of dexterity, as well as natural and honed ability."
