Scott Weiland will hit the road this fall and winter on a U.S. tour with his band Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts. The trek will kick off October 28 in Hermosa Beach, California and will travel across the country before concluding December 19 in Napa, California. Visit ScottWeiland.com for ticket info.
The former Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman promises he'll play the hits from previous bands on the U.S. tour, plus songs from his debut album with the Wildabouts, Blaster.
"This tour is about making a connection," writes Weiland on his Facebook. "We'll perform the hits for the Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver fans. I made Blaster for them, but it is fresh; we've made an album that can resonate, and attract a whole new group of fans. It's a rebirth."
Before the tour kicks off, Weiland will participate in "An Evening with Scott Weiland," at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles October 5. The event will feature a Q&A session, as well as an intimate performance by Weiland and the Wildabouts.
