"Painting a Hole" is a track from The Shins' forthcoming album Heartworms, which will be released March 10. The album also features the previously released songs "Name for You," "Mildenhall" and "Dead Alive."
In addition to sharing the new song, The Shins have also announced a trio of intimate tour dates to celebrate the release of Heartworms. The shows will take place March 10 at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, March 14 at New York City's Bowery Ballroom and March 15 at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn.
