Walk the Moon to Perform at Grammy Foundation Legacy Concert

Image Courtesy of RCA RecordsRiding high off the success of their single "Shut Up and Dance," and their new album, Talking Is Hard, Walk the Moon will perform at the 17th Annual Grammy Foundation Legacy Concert, taking place February 5 in Los Angeles.

Dubbed "Lean on Me: A Celebration of Music and Philanthropy," the concert will be "exploring the evolution of music's role in advancing philanthropic causes and celebrating the visionaries behind the creation of those iconic songs and concerts," according to a press release.

Talking Is Hard, Walk the Moon's second major-label album, debuted at number three on Billboard's Alternative Albums chart. The record's hit single, "Shut Up and Dance," currently sits at number four on the Alternative Songs chart.

Walk the Moon will be touring in support of Talking is Hard this spring starting March 10 in San Diego, California. The tour will wrap up May 9 in Las Vegas.

The Grammy Foundation Legacy Concert will be held three days before the 2015 Grammy Awards, which take place February 8. Alt-J, Arcade Fire, Cage the Elephant, St. Vincent, and Jack White are the nominees for Best Alternative Music Album.
