Image Courtesy of Tom HinesSpoon will be appearing on Austin City Limits this weekend, and in anticipation of the band's performance, ACL has released a behind-the-scenes video of Spoon's episode, which you can watch via PureVolume. The clip features the Austin-native band sound-checking and performing their 2005 track "I Turn My Camera On."
Additionally, as the episode will only air six songs from Spoon's set, ACL has released a web exclusive clip of the band performing "They Want My Soul," the title track from their latest album. You can watch that performance via Stereogum.
They Want My Soul was released in 2014 and notched Spoon their second straight top five appearance on the Billboard 200.
Spoon's Austin City Limits episode will air January 10. The Black Keys and Foo Fighters will also be performing on ACL -- their episodes will air on January 31 and February 7, respectively.
