In the clip, Butler and Once Upon a Time actress Jennifer Morrison play a couple who stumble upon a punk-club run by children. Using a special laser-gun, Butler and Morrison turn the kids into "boring parents," one of whom is played by the Jane's Addiction frontman.

Earlier this month, Butler released the video for his song "Anna," which starred actress Emma Stone. Both "Anna" and "What I Want" are featured on Butler's debut solo album, Policy, which was released earlier this year.

In other Arcade Fire news, the band's manager, Scott Rodger, gave an update on the group's label situation. Currently, Arcade Fire isn't signed to a label, and the rights to their first two albums, Funeral and Neon Bible, have reverted back to them. Additionally, the rights to their last two albums, The Suburbs and Reflektor, will revert back to the band in 2017 and 2018, respectively. As for Arcade Fire's next album, Rodger says the band may not sign a new deal with another label.

"I sat with the band the other week: they're not bread-heads, they don't care about [a big payday]," Rodger tells Music Business Worldwide. "They have a couple of studios, so they don't need studio time to make their next record. They'll fund it themselves, which they've done for every album anyway. They just want to do what's smart."
