One day prior to his Today performance, Vance Joy, a.k.a. James Keogh, will perform at the You Outta Know concert at New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom. He'll be joined on the bill by artists such as Chvrches and Bleachers.

Keogh burst onto the alternative scene with his song "Riptide," which has gone gold in the U.S. The track peaked at number one and currently sits at number five on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart.

In 2015, Vance Joy will join one of the biggest names to have covered "Riptide" on tour -- Taylor Swift. That tour, which is in support of Swift's new album, 1989, will begin on May 20 in Louisiana, and goes all the way into October with a stop at Tampa, Florida's Raymond James Stadium on Halloween.

If you'd like to catch Keogh and his band in a venue that does not have the capacity to host football games, Vance Joy is currently touring smaller venues in North American through a November 29 stop in San Fransisco, California.
